Course Policies

These policies apply to all courses and series. Please read carefully.

Withdrawal, Refund, and Transfer Policy

  • Withdrawal 30 or more days prior to a course/series start date: 100% refund minus $75 administrative fee for series (or $25 for individual courses).
  • Withdrawal less than 30 days prior to a course/series start date: no refund, but may be transferred to future date. For transfers, a $75 administrative fee will be charged for series (or $25 for individual courses). 


Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)

We offer a BIPOC discount for all of our classes, workshops and course series. Be sure to select the BIPOC price when checking out. 

Discounts

May not be combined. We are not able to offer double discounts (e.g. BIPOC discount in addition to a series or Earlybird discount). Please select the best price when checking out.

MMI Courses

MMI courses are designed for licensed professionals and those enrolled in a healthcare training program or are otherwise on a licensing path in a healthcare field (LAc, LMT, ND, etc.). If this does not apply to you but you would like to be considered for this course, please reach out to us and we will be glad to discuss it with you and make sure your interests are a good match for a particular course. Completion of MMI courses does not supercede any state licensing requirements. 

Continuing Education Hours

Most of our in-person courses are eligible for CE hours through the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine (OBNM), the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB), and are eligible for CE's with the Oregon Board of Massage Therapy (OBMT). Michael McMahon is also an approved provider with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). All attendees will receive an electronic certificate of completion after attending each course.
